Alcatraz East Poster

The Alcatraz East Poster is an animated piece designed to invite viewers to buy tickets for the Crime Scene Investigation Gallery at the Alcatraz East Crime Museum in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The animation educates viewers on forensic science statistics. Drawing inspiration from crime TV shows, I focused on illustrating a woman holding a magnifying glass, paying particular attention to the realism and proportionality of the arm and hand positions. Given the museum's location in a touristy town, the poster will be prominently displayed on streets and in buildings, as well as throughout the popular Dollywood theme park, to attract a wide audience. Reminiscent of the classic vintage comic book style, the poster highlights the fun side of the museum to invite all ages.
